Because our products are digital in nature and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund or replacement may be issued.
2️⃣ Digital Products
All MargaUX products (including templates, dashboards, strategy frameworks, and digital downloads) are non-tangible, irrevocable goods.
Upon successful payment, you gain immediate access to the files, therefore we cannot offer refunds for reasons such as:
